Pokemon GO often puts the importance of friendship in the spotlight, but sometimes it takes a rivalry to bring out the best in a trainer. The next major Season of Legends event, which kicks off after the spring celebration wraps up, focuses on that theme and is all about well-established Pokemon rivals across generations. Players will be able to celebrate with a long list of special bonuses and features that put rivals front and center.
The rivals event kicks off next week and is going to include special spawns, unique Battle Raid bosses, event 5km Eggs, and a lot more. There’s a lot for Pokemon GO fans to look forward to with this event, but perhaps the most exciting feature is going to be the new Pokemon who will be debuted as part of the celebration.
The new debuts will offer all trainers a chance to fill in some new Pokedex entries and get one step closer to that ever elusive complete Pokedex. This should definitely be enough motivation to get players of any level out and engaged through the event, so expect this to be a pretty popular event for both casual and hardcore players…
